As an additional layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions, WIN’s payment mechanism is also 3-D secure and Verified by Visa.

Integrating WIN’s Mobile Broadband payment systems with O2’s customer support systems have enabled risk-free billing and efficient customer engagement. If customers have difficulty purchasing Mobile Broadband access, and call O2 Customer Service, WIN’s technology platform is used to easily retrieve the transaction history and pinpoint the problem at hand.
