WIN PLC BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Graham Rivers joined WIN as Chief Executive in November 2006. Prior to joining WIN, he was a member of the UK Operating Board of T-Mobile UK Limited where he was responsible for the wholesale business (including Virgin Mobile) and for non-voice revenues. He has been actively involved in the mobile industry since the mid-1980's and has held senior executive positions with handset/device manufacturers, infrastructure providers and software services companies.
